Salmon

Salmon is the commonest name for several species of fish of the family Salmonidae and the rest are called trout. Living both in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, as well as the Great Lakes and other land locked lakes, Salmon is a popular food and for people all over the world, especially who all know The Nutrients present in the fish which is very good for the health of people of all ages. Usually born in fresh water and later migrating to the ocean, the Salmon return to fresh water to reproduce.
Having Salmon as a regular part of the diet is considered to be reasonably Healthy Eating, due to the various levels of Vitamins and proteins that are found in the fish. Salmon with its high protein and low fat levels and its Omega-3 fatty acids content is very useful to anybody including Salmon in their regular diet. This is important for brain function and brain structure, amongst other things.
People with a regular Healthy Eating Habit, take Salmon more or less on a daily basis. The fish meat is a very source of the B vitamins and also of the A and D vitamins in the case of fatty species. Besides, there are also various minerals found in the Salmon fish and the fish meat is regarded as a valuable source of calcium and phosphorus in particular but also of iron, copper and selenium and the ones from saltwater have a high content of iodine. The vitamins are generally found in large amounts in the meat of fatty species of Salmon and in abundance in the liver of species such as cod and halibut.
