Milk

Milk is defined from a different angle. Milk is a product, which is extracted from the womb of the animals like cows and buffalo. Alternatively milk is defined as an opaque white liquid, which is prepared by the mammary glands of female mammals. Mammary Glands are also known as Sweat Glands. These products are Cheese, Casein, Lactose, Condense Milk, Powdered Milk and also various other additional dairy products.

Processing Center:
In the United States of America and other countries of Europe, there is always centralized dairy processing center available. This processing center produces dairy products like cream, butter and cheese. In the US, these dairy processing centers are mainly local companies. Whereas in the Southern Hemisphere the processing facilities are run by government run agencies and other reputed organizations such as Fonterra.
Nutritional Value:
Milk has also nutritional value on the human life. Milk products like protein, fat and sugar, vitamins and minerals are added into human body for extra energy and strength. The lists of nutritional value on human body is stated as follow:

  • Human Milk on an average contains 1.1% protein and 4.2% fat
  • Cows Milk on an average contains 3.4% protein and 3.6% fat.
  • Milk also contain carbohydrates
  • Milk also contains vitamins and minerals.
