Cheese is a sold food, which is prepared from the milk of cows, goats, sheep and other mammals. Cheese is made out of thickly sold milk. This is possible after the mixing of acids along with bacteria. Cheese is also one of the important sources of protein. Later on the process helps the formation of enzymes, which helps in the proper movement of the milk in the human body.
