In order to make a glass of Mango Sherbet, you could either make use of the green mangoes or the ripe ones. It is significant to note that the taste of the juice would differ on the basis of that. The green Mango Sherbet, is just perfect for the summers, due to their refreshing value. To make a glass of this, you first need to boil the Green mangoes or even roast it over low flame. Once that is done, take the peel and seed put from it. Put this in a blender, add sugar syrup and water, and churn till it becomes smooth. Season with a pinch of rock salt, pepper and chaat masala. As in case of ripe Mango Sherbet, the taste is completely different. To prepare a glass of it, you just need to take out the pulp and blend with sugar and water.
