In order to prepare a glass of Lemon Juice, the basic ingredients are lime, sugar, salt or even honey in case you are weight conscious. Start off by slicing and deseeding the lime. In a glass of water, you will require approximately a half of a medium sized Lemon. Once the juice is squeezed out, add a pinch of salt and generous amount of sugar or sugar syrup to sweeten it. Honey could be a better substitute, if you are an out and out health freak. In fact for those interested in taking a sip at soury Lemon Juice, you can leave the sweetening agents and instead add some spicy chat masala powder available in any Indian food store.
